Our Story
| History Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, Healthstat was founded in 2001 by Dr. Eric Hart, our Chief Medical Director, as a result of his experience with on-site clinics in controlling the costs related to worker’s compensation and occupational medicine. At the urging of several of his employer clients, Dr. Hart expanded the role of those on-site clinics to disease management and personal health delivery. With that, Healthstat came to life. In 2004, after seeing the benefits of Healthstat’s model from the employer side, Crockett Dale joined our team as Chief Operations Officer before being named President and CEO in 2005. Crockett brought significant insight from his experience as a client and utilized his business acumen to propel Healthstat forward. With the addition of a global monitoring system and state-of-the-art predictive modeling, we’ve solidified our place as an innovator in the field and continue to deliver service-oriented solutions to our clients. Where we are now Healthstat continues to grow, and is now the premier provider of on-site primary care, occupational health, high health risk intervention and disease management services for employers throughout the United States. In a time when healthcare is at the forefront of employer concern, we are delivering answers.
